Conditions and Stipulations regarding refuse collection
* No hazardous materials such as paint, oil, gas or other flammable or pressurized materials are allowed. 
* No construction debris such as wood and metal are allowed.
* Your container must be at the designated collection area by 5:00AM on your collection day.  
* A "call back" fee of $15.00 will be instated if you request our crews to return to a missed pickup location because your container was not at it's collection area by the designated time on your pickup day. 
* Will's Waste, LLC is not responsible for cracked driveways. 
* Will's Waste, LLC is acting as a hired transport for your refuse as it journey's to it's ultimate destination - a sanitary landfill.  You maintain ownership of your refuse while we are transporting it. 
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason or safety concern.
